Our experts in the field work closely with growers to monitor crop developments so we can accurately relay supply information and tailor orders to meet customers' needs. We provide a range of size and packaging options, pre-packing all produce to specifications for consignment by air or sea. We provide freight-forwarding services to pack 25-tonne containers for shipping and standard pallets for air freight.

Shipping transit times vary from 12 to 26 days, depending on the type of product and destination while air consignments can arrive anywhere in the world 24 hours after departing Australian shores. Our established links with shipping lines also means we can bypass one step in the chain to decrease transit times.

All produce is packed at our certified high-tech value-add facilities in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. Our fully trained and accredited Quality Assurance teams ensure produce satisfies all Australian food safety standards before it leaves our shores. Our traceability systems record transit temperatures and document detailed statistics about every unit of produce from the time it leaves the farm until it arrives at its final destination. In the unlikely event of customers receiving damaged goods - due to circumstances beyond our control - our Claim Form allows us to investigate any quality breach and provide full restitution.
